Mukungwa Wildlife

​Canoeing down the gentle waters of the Mukungwa river, near Musanze and close to the gorillas, you'll find a remarkable number of birds and other wildlife darting in and out of the bushes, and even in the water. Here is the list of some of the species found on or around the river.
